HOW TO USE

1. Sit with your back close to wide end.

2. Both hands supporting ground, slowly lie down with your knees bent.

3. Use a cushion behind the head for support and comfort.

4. Raise your arms over your head and shoulders, fully extend your arms and elbows as much close as to the floor.

5. Sit up gradually and rest for 30 seconds before standing. You should allow your blood to move back down from your head to your heart, otherwise you may feel dizzy.
